text-indent: 2.21428em;"> </p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2.21428em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">（2）计划按农村有机更新政策实施村庄改造，符合宅基地审批条件，可审定宅基地审批基数的农户。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2.21428em;"> </p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2.21428em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">2.符合前款宅基地审批条件但未审批的农户，自愿申请宅基地跨村、跨镇（街道）安置的，所属镇（街道）可按规定先予以审核建房用地面积，并提交宅基地跨村、跨镇（街道）安置资格审核意见；宅基地跨村、跨镇（街道）安置选位中标的，农户所属地镇（街道）按规定办理宅基地审批。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2.21428em;"> </p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2.21428em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">3.中标农户在宅基地跨村跨镇街安置建设前，应按规定由原村集体收回或拆除原有旧房，并注销不动产权证。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2.21428em;"> </p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2.21428em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">4.申请跨村、跨镇（街道）安置宅基地的农户，其宅基地审批面积必须全部进行跨村安置，不得在原村庄安置部分宅基地（不包括水平套房部分）。在完成安置后，不改变其原有集体经济组织成员身份，允许其将户口迁入调出方村居。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2.21428em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">（1）因拥有合法宅基地待安置的非村集体经济组织成员，不得参加跨村安置，半边户除外；</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2.21428em;"> </p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2.21428em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">1.报名对象应在公告规定的时间内办理报名手续，递交投标申请及相关资料，包括身份证、宅基地审批表、宅基地跨村（跨镇街）安置资格申请审核表等；报名资格审核通过的，可交纳投标保证金，凭投标保证金交款凭证等参加投标选位。如有联签的安置户需在报名时当场签订联签保证书。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2.21428em;"> </p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2.21428em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">2.报名参加里宅村、塘里蒋村跨村、跨镇（街道）安置宅基地的农户允许凑间，必须一间（36平方米）起报，以18平方米的倍数递增，余数不足9平方米的部分不予报名竞投，必须交整备公司有偿收回（按农户资格权所在村的宅基地评估价回购）；余数在9平方米以上的，鼓励有偿退出由整备公司回购，也允许凑至半间（18平方米）报名竞投，有偿调剂凑间面积费用由中标人按中标地块评估价向整备公司交纳，凑间面积的选位费则按投标结果一并交纳。（联签户不得凑间、报名参加范家村跨村、跨镇（街道）安置宅基地的农户不得凑间。）</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;
