font-size: 16px;">在做好动能转换方面，义乌印发实施《义乌市“415X”先进制造业集群培育工程三年行动方案（2023—2025年）》，出台《义乌市关于进一步加快推进集成电路产业高质量发展的若干政策意见（试行）》，迭代医疗健康产业支持政策，委托省工信院开展信息光电产业专项研究，为产业科学规划、实现跨越式发展提供基础支撑。同时，积极推进低效用地整治和扩容改造提升，实现规上工业企业亩均税收34万元/亩，同比增长90%以上；完成低效工业企业用地整治682家、面积6044亩；实施容积率“零增地”扩容改造75家，涉及用地面积2500亩，新增建筑面积220万平方米，新增投资34亿元，平均容积率由1.6提升至3.1，相当于节约工业用地1100亩。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"> </p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: #000000; font-size: 16px;">为全面夯实数字改造强支撑，义乌聚焦数字经济创新提质“一号发展工程”，突出义乌元素，提高义乌辨识度，深入开展工作，全力提质效。2023年，义乌共建成省级未来工厂2家，省级智能工厂（数字化车间）7个，1项目入选2023年度省级工业互联网平台创建名单，5个案例入选省2023年数字经济创新提质“一号发展工程”优秀案例名单。另外，义乌全面支持企业数字化改造，实现规上工业企业数字化改造覆盖率76.2%，居省第一梯队，并完成第一批针织服装行业5家样本企业“N+X”轻量化改造工作和188家小微企业“1+X”基础化改造工作。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: #000000;
