margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"> </p><p style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 15px; white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">随着器械及手术操作技术不断进步，颅内大血管闭塞取栓技术成功率达80%以上，但值得注意的是即使在发病6小时（时间窗）内仍有相当一部分患者取栓预后不理想，甚至可能带来治疗相关性损伤。这主要归因于靶血管闭塞并存较差的侧枝循环导致大面积缺血区迅速进展为梗死，最终使取栓治疗无效。</p><p style="font-weight: 400;
