color: #ff2941;"><strong>咳嗽、咳痰、高热、寒战，以及呕吐、腹泻等症状</strong>。</span>在当地诊所被诊断为“急性胃肠炎”，经初步治疗未见效，病情加重转入长沙市中心医院呼吸与危重症医学科继续治疗。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">姚女士既往有2型糖尿病、甲状腺恶性肿瘤（乳头状癌术后）、甲状腺功能减退、特纳综合征等病史，是免疫力低下人群。再结合体格检查及相关辅助检查结果，初步判断患者为重症社区获得性肺炎。经抗感染治疗后，患者的病情逐渐加重，反复高热，出现多脏器功能异常，如心肌酶谱异常升高、低钠血症、血尿、蛋白尿等状况。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">医生通过分析患者咳出橘红色痰以及肺内、肺外表现，建议完善病原学检查，<span style="font-size: 16px;
