white-space: normal;">现场，义乌市市政设施处排水科科长黄刚锋向记者介绍，在狂风、暴雨、冰雹等极端恶劣天气出现时，路面雨水会携带许多树叶、树枝、垃圾杂物等流向进水井。“这些杂物造成进水井盖堵塞后，会影响进水井排水效率，导致积水，影响市民出行不说，还存在安全隐患。”</p><p> </p><p style="text-align: justify; white-space: normal;">为有效应对此类问题，减少易积水点风险，实现快速排水，智慧井盖应运而生。与传统的井盖相比，<strong>智慧井盖结合了当前先进的物联网技术和液位探测仪，实现自动预警、自动启闭等排水功能。</strong></p><p> </p><p style="text-align: justify; white-space: normal;">“过去，道路出现积水后，我们要前往现场人工揭开井盖，这需要10至20分钟时间。<strong>有了智慧井盖，路面液位一旦超过5厘米，井盖会自动打开进行排水，全程耗时只需30秒左右。</strong>”黄刚锋说，这可以有效防止因井盖堵塞在内的路面积水问题。</p><p> </p><p style="text-align: justify; white-space: normal;">此外，智慧井盖的传感器不仅可以监测道路积水深度，<strong>还能在液位异常升高时及时向后台推送预警信息，</strong>系统会自动将报警信息推送给交警、水务等相关责任部门，为防汛排水调度提供信息化监测手段，实现部门间多跨协同处置。</p><p> </p></section><section style="line-height: 0;"><section style="vertical-align: middle;
