font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 0.544px; text-indent: 34px; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: #ffffff;">智慧</span>净水厂项目由义乌市水务集团投资建设，项目位于义乌市五洲大道旁、下金村以东，毗邻双江湖规划景区，总占地面积7.94公顷，总投资概算13.78亿元，设计日污水处理规模16万吨。服务范围包括主城区、经济开发区、城西街道工业区、北苑和江东部分区块等，收集处理服务面积133平方公里，<span style="font-size: 16px;
