color: #000000;">稠州路作为义乌城区主干道之一，不仅承载着繁忙的交通流量，还串联着稠州中学、篁园市场、稠州公园等多个关键节点。随着周边区域的快速发展，原有基础设施逐渐暴露出排水不畅、路面破损等问题，给市民出行带来了诸多不便，也影响了城市的整体形象。</span></p><p> </p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; color: #000000;">针对这些问题，市政部门对工程进行了方案规划。一方面，着重升级排水系统，通过新建长840米、宽3米、高2米的雨水箱涵，并配套改造路面集水设施，显著增强排水能力，有效缓解内涝风险。另一方面，对道路本身进行全方位整治，包括修复车行道、翻新人行道、优化交叉口设计以及提升景观照明等，旨在打造一条既安全又美观的现代化交通走廊。</span></p><p> </p><p><img class="rich_pages wxw-img" style="vertical-align: baseline;
