text-indent: 34px;">至</span>22:00）0.588元/千瓦时，低谷时段（22:00至次日8:00）0.308元/千瓦时。居民住宅小区以外的电动自行车充电设施用电，按其所在场所电价政策执行。对暂不具备电量单独计量条件的充电设施，充电设施运营单位要加快升级改造，原则上自2025年1月1日起全面实现充电电量单独计量。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 0em;"><img class="rich_pages wxw-img" style="font-size: 16px;
