color: #000000;">近期，我市持续晴朗干燥天气，森林火险等级持续较高。随着冬至、元旦临近，群众祭祀扫墓、进山人员将明显增多，野外用火大量增加，极易引发森林火灾。义乌市森林防灭火和地质灾害应急指挥部办公室要求各镇街和相关部门强化认识，对森林防灭火工作进行再动员、再部署、再落实，层层压实工作责任。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"> </p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; color: #000000;">市、镇、村各级防火责任人到岗到位，相关包区人员要携带扑火工具亲临一线，到林区重点部位严防死守。市森防指各成员单位立即行动，认真履行包保督导工作职责，深入林场、森林公园、公墓、散坟集中区等重点区域开展森林防火工作督导检查，把各项防火措施落到实处。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"> </p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; color: #000000;">冬至、元旦期间，各镇街将对进山路口、林缘与居民区结合部、林内墓地等重点部位重点部署安排，实行专人把守，严看严守，对进入林区的车辆和人员逐一登记检查，杜绝火种进山入林。护林员要延长野外巡护时间，全天巡查护林。同时，组织以镇村干部、公安干警、行政执法、森林消防队伍等为主体的巡查队伍，到林区重点部位巡逻检查，坚决依法查处野外违规用火；严格按照标准，继续开展清坟边防坟火、清路边防路火等林下可燃物“六清六防”工作。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"> </p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; color: #000000;">此外，冬至、元旦期间，还将严格执行24小时值班和领导带班制度，并进一步完善森林火灾应急处置预案，确保一旦发生火灾，能够迅速启动预案，及时组织、科学指挥扑救，把损失减少到最低限度。在切实抓好扑火机具装备补充、维护工作的同时，各级森林消防队伍进入临战状态，确保一有火情、快速出动，实现“打早、打小、打了”。</span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section><section style="margin-bottom: 0px;
