text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">在华川集团与市残联联合设立的残疾人之家，许多残疾人实现稳定就业，不仅每月能领相应的工资，还享受减免伙食费、企业足额交社保等待遇。“我们集团1800多名员工中，残疾员工有680名，超过员工总数的三分之一。今年我们新增了80多名残疾员工。”华川集团办公室副主任蒋少云介绍，招聘的残疾员工有来自周边村庄，也有来自其他县市区，不仅解决了残疾人就业问题，更带动区域共富。</p><p style="font-size: 16px;
