margin-left: 8px; margin-right: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">“王某某选取的‘讲座’地点多为北京四五环周边的中档饭店，在能容纳二十多人的大包间内开展活动，且每次直到活动前一天才通知具体时间、地址。”北京市公安局公交总队刑侦支队四中队中队长朱志君说，该团伙“业务员”还采取对老人“人盯人”模式，不允许外部人员进入会场。 </span><span style="font-size: 15px;"> </span></section><section style="line-height: 2em; margin-left: 8px; margin-right: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">多位办案民警表示，王某某案中，很多从事保健品诈骗的“业务员”有保险推销员等从业经历，手里掌握或非法获取大量客户个人信息；这一群体善于和老年人打交道获取信任，高额分成让他们铤而走险非法牟利。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em; margin-left: 8px; margin-right: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">“<span style="color: #d92142;"><strong>一个业务员的笔记本上，细致记录了老年客户发放退休金的金额和时间</strong></span>。”朱志君说。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em; margin-left: 8px; margin-right: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">记者了解到，该起案件中，因讲师虚构身份、虚构食品疗效骗钱等要件要素齐全，警方最终以涉嫌诈骗罪将嫌疑人刑事拘留。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em; margin-left: 8px; margin-right: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">记者调查发现，此类诈骗活动在各地时有发生。2024年年初，江苏省盐城市亭湖区人民法院以诈骗罪判处洪某等9人有期徒刑和罚金。该案中，涉案人员精准“电话销售”，忽悠老年人购买宣称具有补肾壮阳、防癌降三高、调节肠道菌群等功效的“保健食品”，<strong>诈骗金额达4000余万元</strong>。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 8px; margin-right: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">记者调查发现，在很多保健品诈骗案件中，受骗老年人即使被警方告知受骗，仍然不能自拔。一位老人家中已经花费不菲购买了各种各样的所谓“保健品”，还会去“听课”买药。<span style="color: #d92142;"><strong>“答应了‘业务员’，他们就会关心我、对我好。”</strong></span>这位老人坦言。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em; margin-left: 8px; margin-right: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">受骗老年人配合警方调查意愿比较低。警方调查过程中找到约30名被害人了解情况，但配合工作的只有17人，涉案金额8万余元。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em; margin-left: 8px; margin-right: 8px;"><span style="color: #d92142; font-size: 17px;"><strong>采访中，受访公安民警为被骗老人画像：年龄65岁以上、有退休金、文化水平较高，但缺少家庭关心关爱。</strong></span></section><section style="line-height: 2em; margin-left: 8px; margin-right: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">“诈骗团伙嘘寒问暖、送点小恩小惠，很快就能攻破老人心理防线。”北京市公安局公交总队刑侦支队副支队长杨萌萌说，<strong>许多老年人缺少精神寄托，没有人关心、聊天，最终就会让骗子钻空子，将老人手里的钱“吃干榨净”。</strong></span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;
