font-size: 12px;"><p>一、活动参与方式：</p><p>客户通过“中国工商银行客户服务”微信公众号或“中国工商银行App-任务中心”，点击“2月账户查询有礼”参与，参与前需先在我行微信对客渠道之一完成卡片绑定，渠道包括“中国工商银行客户服务”微信公众号、“工行服务”微信小程序等（若未绑卡，则会提示“点此立即绑卡”）。</p><p>二、立减金使用规则：</p><p>（一）领取微信立减金前，请确保微信账户绑定的手机号与中国工商银行App注册手机号一致，否则将有可能领取失败。微信立减金领取成功后，可在微信客户端“我-卡包-券和礼品卡”内查看，微信立减金需要使用工行借记卡支付时方能使用。</p><p>（二）微信立减金仅限商业支付时使用，转账、理财类商户以及部分商户（包括但不限于屈臣氏、SASA、周大福、肯德基、星巴克、必胜客、CoCo奶茶、7-11便利店等）不可使用，以支付界面显示为准，在使用微信立减金前请咨询商户。</p><p>（三）面额1元的微信立减金，单笔订单实际消费满1.01元可使用；面额88元的微信立减金，单笔订单实际消费满88.01元可使用。</p><p>（四）微信立减金自领取成功之日起7个自然日内有效，请及时使用，逾期自动失效，不予补发。</p><p>（五）使用微信立减金支付的订单，如在微信立减金有效期内，发生全额退款，微信立减金将全额原路退还客户；如发生部分退款，微信立减金将按比例原路退还客户，客户可继续使用；如微信立减金已过有效期，则不退还给客户，且不予补发。</p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><section style="text-align: center;
