font-size: 16px;"> </p><p style="text-indent: 2.1875em; font-size: 16px;"><span style="color: #000000;">一、根据比赛进程和线路设置情况，对相关道路实施临时封闭、禁止停车等相关交通管理措施，具体措施如下：</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.1875em; font-size: 16px;"><span style="color: #000000;"> </span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.1875em; font-size: 16px;"><span style="color: #000000;">（1）</span><span style="color: #c00000;"><strong>3月22日20:00至3月23日12:00</strong></span><span style="color: #000000;">。</span><span style="color: #000000; text-indent: 2.1875em; caret-color: red;">上岭线（文明路至东萧公路）、关新线（全线）、杨横线（四通路至黄大线）、文明路（全线）、黄大线（全线）<strong>禁止停放各种车辆</strong>。公安机关交通管理部门将对以上道路影响赛事和通行的车辆进行拖移。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.1875em; font-size: 16px;"> </p><p style="text-indent: 2.1875em; font-size: 16px;"><span style="color: #000000;">（2）</span><span style="color: #c00000;"><strong>3月23日7:00至3月23日12:00</strong></span><span style="color: #000000;">。</span><span style="color: #000000; text-indent: 2.1875em; caret-color: red;">上岭线（文明路至东萧公路）、关新线（全线）、杨横线（四通路至黄大线）、文明路（全线）、黄大线（全线）实施交通管制。除特种车辆和持有赛事通行证的车辆外，<strong>禁止其他车辆、行人进入</strong>。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.1875em; font-size: 16px;"><span style="color: #000000; text-indent: 2.1875em; caret-color: red;">为尽量降低赛事对东萧公路通行的影响，在比赛队伍到达前，东萧公路正常通行。比赛队伍临近时，公安交警将对东萧公路进行<strong>临时封闭</strong>，<strong>预计封闭时间为120分钟</strong>。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.1875em; font-size: 16px;"> </p><p style="font-size: 16px;
