text-indent: 2em; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0px; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">据悉，此次建设三村区块征收范围为：东至丹溪北路，西至绣湖西路，南至国贸大道，北至秀禾路，详见附图。<span style="font-weight: bold;">征收范围用地总面积约6.6万平方米（99.14亩），房屋建筑总面积约5.6万平方米。</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0px; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">与此同时，该区块范围内以下事项和行为即日起至2026年4月16日暂停办理：</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">（一）新建、扩建、改建房屋及附属物；</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">（二）办理户口的迁入和分户，但因婚姻、出生、回国、军人退伍转业、经批准由外省市投靠直系亲属、刑满释放和解除劳动教养等原因必须办理户口迁入和分户除外；</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">（三）以被征收房屋为注册地址办理工商注册登记手续；</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">（四）改变房屋、土地用途；</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">（五）房屋的分割、转让、租赁和抵押；</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">（六）已依法取得建房批准文件但尚未建造完毕的房屋的续建；</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">（七）房屋装饰装修；</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">（八）其他不当增加补偿费用的行为。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">在房屋征收范围内被征收人不得实施新建、扩建、改建房屋和改变房屋用途等不当增加补偿费用的行为，违反规定实施的，不当增加部分不予补偿。</span></p><p><img class="rich_pages wxw-img" style="vertical-align: baseline;
