line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> </span></p><p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">从警40年来，郑圻华先后在基层派出所、看守所、窗口单位等工作。回忆早年间，他和队友们每天骑着“二八大杠”执勤，郑圻华说，只要车铃叮当响过老街深巷，很多居民都会热情地打招呼，有的居民说：“看见自行车上的警服就心安。”</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"> </p><p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">2005年，郑圻华调任户籍窗口，他认真钻研，并结合实践案例，每周组织专题研讨会，几年下来，成为这方面的业务能手。2018年2月，郑圻华成为一名社区民警，大家都亲切地叫他“老郑师傅”。“大家的诉求有没有道理？释法析理跟不跟得上？”郑圻华经常思考，如何想方设法为群众解难题。“老郑师傅，我最服你！”一名社区居民这样称赞郑圻华。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;
