line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2.1875em; font-size: 16px;">据最新气象资料分析，受西南气流和低涡切变影响，预计明天（8日）到后天（9日）上午我市阴有阵雨或雷雨，<strong>雨量中到大、部分暴雨，有雷雨地区局地可伴有短时暴雨（最大小时雨强40～60毫米），7～9级、个别10级以上雷雨大风。预计7日20时至9日20时累计雨量30～50毫米，兰溪西部、婺城、金东、武义、永康等地部分50～80毫米。</strong>明天我市风力逐渐增大，最大阵风可达5～7级、高海拔山区8～10级。为做好强对流天气防范应对工作，现提示如下：</p><p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2.1875em; font-size: 16px;"> </p><p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2.1875em; font-size: 16px;"><strong>一、高度重视做好防范。</strong>本轮强对流天气降雨强度大，致灾风险高。各地各有关部门要切实增强“时时放心不下”的责任感，树牢底线思维、极限思维，以工作的确定性应对灾害的不确定性。要高效运转“1833”联合指挥体系，用好联合值班会商等机制，发布高级别预警及时果断叫应“3个关键人”，相关责任人要“有叫”“有应”“有为”，迅速行动，及时组织高效应对处置。乡镇（街道）要视情提早预警，自主启动应急响应，严防局地强降雨可能引发的山洪地质灾害。</p><p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2.1875em; font-size: 16px;"> </p><p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2.1875em; font-size: 16px;"><strong>二、强化重点风险管控。</strong>要聚焦重点领域，紧盯小流域山洪易发区、地质灾害隐患点和风险区、切坡建房、病险水库山塘、山区旅游景点、网红打卡点、农家乐等重点部位，全面排查整治风险隐患。要根据天气形势及时关停高风险游乐项目和山区野游、露营等活动，疏散劝返相关人员。同时要防范大风的不利影响，加强强对流天气时在建工地、临时工棚、户外高空作业等的安全管控，视情落实“五停”措施。</p><p style="text-align: justify;
