font-size: 16px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">（二）申报项目条件</span></strong></p><p> </p><p style="text-indent: 2.1875em; font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">1.申报项目实施方案的合理性、技术先进性、技术路线可行性明确，具有一定的前期研究基础；</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.1875em; font-size: 16px; margin-top: 8px; display: block;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">2.有明确、可量化考核的技术、经济或社会效益指标； </span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.1875em; font-size: 16px; margin-top: 8px; display: block;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">3.项目合作各方任务分工明确，研发或产业化进度科学，经费预算合理，知识产权归属清晰；</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.1875em;
