不过，此次医疗系统的反腐，令我想起了多年前，发生在国家药监局的那起腐败窝案，虽然该窝案距今已过去16年，但现在想起来，仍令人触目惊心，令患者感到后怕。
2005年7月，时任国家药监局医疗器械司司长郝和平应声落马。
2006年1月12日，时任国家药监局药品注册司司长、中国药学会秘书长曹文庄被北京市西城区检察院带走，同时被带走的还有药品注册司化学药品处处长卢爱英、国家药典委员会常务副秘书长王国荣等。
同年11月，中国药典学会副秘书长刘永久被捕。
原国家药监局局长郑莜萸也被中央纪委的办案人员从家中带走。。。
2007年5月29日，北京市第一中级人民法院一审以受贿罪、玩忽职守罪，判处郑莜萸死刑，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产。
法庭上，当审判长念到“判处死刑”后，稍微停顿了一下，但接下来并没有“缓期两年执行”，这时的郑莜萸两眼一闭，双腿一软，就要瘫倒在地上。不过，幸亏法警事先有准备，见此情景，旁边的两位法警迅速扶住郑莜萸并给他戴上了手铐，以防意外事件发生。 如火如荼？太乐观了
