/></p><p> </p><p>随着年龄增长,很多人体检报告上的异常项目,由原来的一两行,慢慢变成了好几页……</p><p>但在医生看来,有些“病”并非真的病了,其实只是正常衰老的体现,不必过度检查和治疗。</p><p> </p><h2>6种“病”不用过度治疗</h2><p> </p><p>河北省人民医院心内科主任医师郭艺芳表示,很多“病”其实就是机体衰老的体现,体检报告上常出现的以下问题,不必过度治疗,更无需焦虑。</p><h3>1.颈动脉斑块</h3><p>郭艺芳表示,人一般在30岁后出现颈动脉斑块,40岁时明显增大增多。</p><p>可以从30岁开始筛查斑块。若发现斑块也不必紧张,调整生活方式有时斑块可以逆转,使其缩小或减少。</p><h3>2.心脏瓣膜关闭不全</h3><p>器官会不可避免地出现老化,心脏瓣膜的功能也会逐渐衰退,出现二尖瓣或三尖瓣轻度反流。</p><p>只要没有器质性心脏病,不会对健康造成太大危害,不用过于担心,也无需进行特殊治疗,做好日常护理,减轻心脏负担,定期复查即可。</p><h3>3.血压值差距变大</h3><p>你可能已经发现,每年测得血压的高压值(收缩压)越来越高,低压值(舒张压)却逐渐降低。</p><p>这是因为,心脏会慢慢变得不再像年轻时那样灵活,发生舒张功能减退,再加上动脉血管变得僵硬,就自然会出现这种情况。</p><p> </p><h3>4.前列腺增生</h3><p>男性到了40岁前后,前列腺开始出现组织增生,夜尿增多、尿急、憋不住尿等情况会慢慢出现。</p><p>不影响生活质量一般不用治疗,但如果出现排尿困难,或者起夜频繁影响睡眠,就需要干预了。</p><h3>5.骨关节退行性病变</h3><p>体检报告中出现“退行性病变”,通俗说法就是老化,比如腰椎、膝关节、颈椎退行性改变。不必过度担心,影响到日常生活的可以就诊处理。</p><p> /></p><p> </p><h3>6.肝囊肿、肝血管瘤</h3><p>肝囊肿,就像是肝脏长的“小水泡”,是一种良性病变,20~50岁人群多见,且年龄越大,发现几率越高。多数肝囊肿不长大,也不癌变,定期进行彩超检查即可。</p><p>肝血管瘤也是常见的良性病变,以30~50岁多见。如果瘤体直径小于5厘米且无症状,一般无需治疗,定期复查即可。</p><p> </p><p> </p><h3>器官衰老有个时间轴</h3><p> </p><p>不难发现,很多疾病就是身体老化的表现。人体机能在30岁前后达到巅峰,之后逐渐衰退,但每个器官开始老化的时间不同。</p><h3>25岁:皮肤</h3><p>25岁后,皮肤胶原蛋白合成的速度放缓;35岁时,皮肤衰老的迹象更明显。</p><h3>30岁:肌肉</h3><p>肌肉量在30岁左右达到峰值,40岁起每年肌肉流失0.5%~2%。头发、肾脏、关节、肠道也都是以30岁为分界线。</p><h3>34岁:肺功能</h3><p>此后,控制呼吸的肌肉和胸腔开始变得僵硬,肺活量缓慢下降。</p><h3>40岁之后:眼睛、肝脏</h3><p>进入四十,眼肌越来越无力,聚焦能力下降,开始出现老花眼。肝脏的解毒能力,通常在45岁时会明显下降。</p><h3>50岁:内分泌</h3><p>到了50岁,女性雌激素水平会断崖式下滑;男性雄激素分泌量会减少大约1/3。</p><p> </p><p> </p><h3>7件事延缓衰老进程</h3><p> </p><p>做好以下7件事,有助延缓衰老进程,让疾病来得晚一点。</p><h3>1.保持心态年轻</h3><p>心理学认为,衰老常常是一个被灌输的概念,当你觉得自己老了,放弃了“年轻”的念头时,身体就会向衰老的心态靠拢。</p><p>百岁老人和医学研究都证实,好心态的确能抗衰老。</p><h3>2.坚持适量运动</h3><p>保持一定的肌肉含量,不仅可以预防跌倒、保护骨质、改善平衡,对延缓机体老化同样重要。</p><p>成年人每周应累积150~300分钟中等强度有氧运动,或75~150分钟较大强度有氧运动;每周2~3次力量练习。</p><p>不管哪种运动,先找一种你喜欢的,培养起上瘾的感觉,再将运动变成像一日三餐一样的习惯。</p><p> </p><h3>3.培养休闲爱好</h3><p>有个休闲爱好,既能打发时间,也有助延年益寿,比如养花、下棋、跳舞。研究显示每天阅读1小时以上的老人,更不容易发生失智。</p><h3>4.睡足美容觉</h3><p>睡眠是身体自我修复的过程,尽量每天睡够7小时,且最好在23点前入睡。</p><h3>5.尽量不碰烟酒</h3><p>双胞胎中,不吸烟不喝酒的那个往往更显年轻。烟草和酒精带来的伤害,几乎遍及身体每个角落,慢性病、癌症等健康问题都会随之增加。</p><h3>6.饮食种类多样</h3><p>膳食宜多样,多吃蔬果、奶类、大豆,适量吃鱼、禽、蛋、瘦肉,少盐少油。每天尽量吃够12种食物,每周吃够25种。</p><h3>7.学会与症状和平相处</h3><p>临床发现,有的男性一出现前列腺肥大就想做手术,其实部分患者口服药物就可明显改善症状。</p><p>
